The purpose of the scheme is to remove an existing sewage treatment tank and soakaway pipe to tip offsite and replace with a new sewage treatment system including soakaway pipe at the existing location.

The new system is to connect to an existing foul drainage pipe that serves two properties located on the opposite side of Lôn Minffordd.
