Abstract

Sea Trust Wales is a marine conservation charity that runs a visitor centre on the seafront in Goodwick, Pembrokeshire. We have received grants from Pembrokeshire Coast National Park's Sustainable Development Fund and Transition Bro Gwaun to install a solar power system to reduce the building's carbon footprint and promote sustainability in line with our environmental goals. The Ocean Lab is a unique glass fronted building with a curved roof with roll up battens finished with Sarnafil PVC membrane. This presents a unique challenge, and we require a company with the expertise and knowledge to design and install a system that is suitable for our unusual roof. The successful contractor will be responsible for the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of the solar panel system.
