Title

Delivery of 2023-34 Workforce Survey to Social Care Workers in Wales

Description of the goods or services required

We are seeking a suitability skilled supplier or consortium to refine and deliver our 2023-2024 workforce survey to the social work and social care workforce in Wales, with completions from a representative sample of the workforce. We would like the survey to be supplemented with two qualitative ‘deep dives’ into particular areas of interest that have emerged from the 2022-2023 pilot survey. Total quantity or scope of tender

There is a budget of £75,000 (inclusive of any applicable VAT) agreed for the first year of services related to this tender.

The second year of services is dependent on the allocation of additional funding which we hope to be of another equal sum of £75,000. Therefore the estimated total budget for this tender if fully completed is £150,000 (inclusive of any applicable VAT). The contract will run until 30 April 2025 on a 1+1 term. The second year of the contract is dependent on the allocation of additional funding.
