The scope of this tender is to review proposals for 2 two-storey blocks of flats in Trevethin, Pontypool, South Wales. The precise addresses are:

48-54 Bythway Road, Trevethin, Pontypool, NP4 8DZ.

67-73 Upland Drive, Trevethin, Pontypool, NP4 8HT.

Bron Afon is looking to commence this contract in October 2023 as it is subject to Section 20 leasehold consultation.

The contract term will be based on the contractors’ proposals but must not exceed 8 weeks and should be completed and invoiced by 31st March 2024.

Tenderers will be required to survey the site and submit pricing to fully complete the project including all preliminary and associated costs whether expressly stated in the appending pricing documentation or not.

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives.
