Abstract

To carry out refurbishment works externally which will prevent further water ingress into the building through the rooflights and masonry elevation. To remove existing features such as pigeon netting, one fragile roof in lightwell, vegetation and trees to create sufficient access to carry out the works. To install new pigeon netting in the same location as that removed and to install a safety platform within the lightwell. To carry out preparation works and redecoration internally to rectify water damaged areas. To design and erect a scaffold to provide access to carry out the works with minimal impact on neighbouring properties. To carry out minor internal work to the fire shutter to satisfy the Building Control Officer. The building will continue to operate as a café throughout the works. Contemporary Art | ink. Minimum standards and qualification required

Tenderer to be capable of carrying out construction works of this type including provision of a designed scaffold and managing works alongside a live café retail space and adjoining neighbouring properties. Including full compliance with Instruction to Tenderers and submission of all information required.
