Explanation
A direct award under Regulation 32(2)c) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This service provides additional support to primary care for the many elective care issues that GPs have to deal with which has increased significantly during COVID-19. The solution from the supplier is also approved and used by other UK nations.
