NWSSP Procurement Services on behalf of Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) wish to issue an invitation to tender for a Assistive Technology Tool which will be used online as a content tool for reading and speech.

The tool must be able to provide reading support on websites, with the need to include but not limited too read website content out loud and highlighting each words as it is spoken in a high quality, human-sounding voice.
