Provision of an English Language Home Tuition Service

Description of the goods or services required

Torfaen County Borough Council (TCBC) therefore has invited tenders on behalf of the West Gwent region (which include Caerphilly, Blaenau Gwent and Torfaen County Borough Councils) for the provision of informal ESOL tuition for refugees (over 19 years of age) resettled via the various Home Office resettlement programmes. This tuition will be conducted at the home of each family on a weekly basis for a total of 4 hours per week.
