Evaluation of GLLM’s Community Renewal Fund projects 2022

Description of the goods or services required

Grwp Llandrillo Menai (GLLM) is looking to appoint a single contractor, 4th April 2022, to provide the service to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the following 4 projects,

GLLM Llandudno Tourism Innovation Hub (Conwy),

GLLM Digital and Net Zero Business Academy (Gwynedd),

Level 4 Health & Social Care Education in North Wales (Ynys Mon),

Denbighshire SteM Connect (Denbighshire),

Each project has fixed budget for the evaluation, although as a minimum we will require a separate bilingual evaluation report and supporting infographic for each project.

The successful contractor is required to prepare a draft evaluation report for each of the 4 projects by the 10th June, as per funding agreement with the local authorities and UK Government. Both GLLM and UK Government recognise the information contained within an evaluation report will contain some forecasts for expenditure, outputs and outcomes due to the timescale. We also recognise the timescale will have an impact on the level detailed analysis/data collection for each project and we would advise to take this into account when designing your methodology.
