Abstract

Pobl Group intends to establish a contract for the Provision of Tax Advice Services for the whole Group based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender. Tax Advice services are to include: • VAT advice • Specialist VAT advice re: Developments • Land Transaction Tax • Corporation Tax • PAYE, National Insurance and other payroll taxes • Any other relevant direct or indirect taxes pertinent to the Group The contract is due to commence in April 2022 and be for a duration of 2years with the option to extend for two x 12 month periods.
