Abstract

The Client wishes to commission an evaluation of In-Work Support Operation in Wales, which is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF). The Operation’s strategic aim is to increase job retention rates and reduce the risk to individuals of falling out of work, while also alleviating the impact of sickness absence and ill-health on the wider economy and services. The Operation started in September 2015 and will run until December 2022. The work will involve undertaking a second evaluation of the In Work Support Operation to further evaluate the performance and impact of the IWS and the impact Covid-19 has had on the service and its users
