Gwynedd Council, on behalf of the councils of Anglesey, Gwynedd, Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire wish to commission a suitable company or individual/s to undertake a scheme in all 4 counties under the Llwyddo’n Lleol banner. The plan will continue to support young people and young families to engage in enterprise through a combination of support and financial assistance but also extend to support young families to stay in or return to the area together with trying to change the perceptions of the target groups regarding their ability to achieve their aspirations locally.The plan will be active across the four counties and will be realized regionally through a commission managed by Cyngor Gwynedd.
