Extension for 12 months to provide continuity of service whilst the system is evaluated and re-procured.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
The host Organisation is no longer supporting the service and there is insufficient time to re-procure, therefore, an extension for 12 months to provide continuity of service whilst the system is evaluated and re-procured is required.
