Description of the goods or services required

Gwasanaeth i ddarparu 10 awr o addysg gynnar a gofal dydd llawn i blant 2- 11 oed rhwng 8:15 y bore a 6:00 y hwyr pob diwrnod ysgol, ac am 9 wythnos o wyliau ysgol mewn lleoliad newydd ar safle Ysgol Henblas, Llangristiolus.

To provide 10 hours of early education and full day care for children aged 2-11 between 8:15a.m. and 6:00p.m. during term time and 9 weeks school holidays in a new location on the site of Ysgol Henblas, Llangristiolus.

- Bydd y ddarpariaeth gofal plant dydd llawn yn meddu ar Gofrestriad Arolygiaeth Gofal Cymru (AGC) ar gyfer gofalu am blant o oedran perthnasol yn dilyn gwyliau Haf 2022, neu’n gweithio tuag at hynny, ac wedi cofrestru’n llawn/mynd i’r afael â phob mater sy’n ofynnol erbyn mis Rhagfyr 2022;

The all day childcare setting will hold Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) Registration for the care of relevant age children following Summer holidays 2022 or be working towards it, and registered fully/all issues addressed by December 2022;

- It can evidence that it can provide a quality service;

- Its staff will meet the minimum qualification standards for the service for which it is applying:

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

- Mae’n rhaid i ddarparwyr fod wedi’u cofrestru gydag Arolygiaeth Gofal Cymru (AGC);

- Bydd angen i ddarparwyr gofrestru gydag AGC i ddarparu gofal i blant 2 oed a darparu cadarnhad o hyn cyn y gall y gwasanaeth ddechrau;

- Mae’n rhaid i ddarparwyr fod â pholisïau ar gyfer darparu gofal i blant 2 oed, e.e. ar gyfer newid clytiau, ymddygiad, diogelu, plant ag anghenion dysgu ychwanegol ac ati;

- Bydd darpariaeth ar gael am 39 wythnos y flwyddyn;

- Fod â staff a chanddynt gymwysterau addas;

- Cael eu harolygu gan ESTYN ac AGC;

- Rhaid darparu’r sesiynau a nodir;

- Derbyn hyfforddiant rheolaidd a rhoi’r hyfforddiant ar waith;

- Bydd y ddarpariaeth yn yr iaith Gymraeg;

- Bydd y staff i gyd yn siarad Cymraeg.

- Providers must be registered with the Care Inspectorate for Wales (CIW);

- Providers will need to register with CIW to provide care for children aged 2 and provide confirmation before the service can commence;

- Providers must have policies for providing care for children aged 2, e.g. changing nappies, behavior, safeguarding, children with additional learning needs etc;

- Provision is to be available for 39 weeks per year;

- Must have appropriately qualified staff;

- Will be inspected by ESTYN and CIW;

- Must provide the stated sessions

- Receive regular training and put the training into action

- Must provide Welsh medium service

- All staff must be able to speak Welsh
