Mae Adra a LCCau eraill yng Ngogledd Cymru, sef Cartrefi Conwy, Tai Gogledd Cymru a Chlwyd Alyn yn edrych i ddefnyddio fframwaith blwyddyn o Arbenigwyr arolygu sy’n gallu cynorthwyo â hawliadau diffyg atgyweirio ac adrodd ar holl amodau tai anffafriol y dylai’r landlord yn rhesymol bod yn ymwybodol ohonynt.

Rydym yn chwilio am Arbenigwyr sydd â phrofiad blaenorol o ymdrin â Hawliadau Diffyg Atgyweirio a mynychu'r Llys fel Tyst Arbenigol.

Bydd angen i’r Arbenigwr hefyd fod yn aelod o RICS, yn gyfarwydd â'r Protocol Cyn-Gweithredu ar gyfer Achosion Atgyweirio Tai (Cymru) a chydymffurfio â Chyfarwyddyd Ymarfer 35 o Reolau'r Weithdrefn Sifil.

Bydd rhagor o fanylion am y gofynion ar gael yn y dogfennau Cais am Ddyfynbris pan gyhoeddir y cyfle contract. Nodwch os gwelwch yn dda, bydd y cyfle hwn yn cael ei hysbysebu fel Dyfynbris Cyflym trwy WerthwchiGymru

Bydd Adra yn cynnal y gystadleuaeth hon gan ddefnyddio cyfleuster Dyfynbris Cyflym GwerthwchiGymru.

Adra and other RSLs in north Wales, namely Cartrefi Conwy, North Wales Housing and Clwyd Alyn are looking to utilise a one year framework of surveying Experts who are able to assist with disrepair claims and report on all adverse housing conditions which the landlord ought reasonably to know about.

We are looking for Experts that have previous experience of dealing with Disrepair Claims and attending Court as an Expert Witness.

The Expert will also need to be a RICS member, familiar with the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Disrepair Cases (Wales) and comply with Practice Direction 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules.

Further details on the requirements will be available in the Request for Quotation documentation when the contract opportunity is published. Please note, this opportunity will be advertised as a Quick Quote through Sell 2 Wales.

Adra will be running this competition using the Quick Quote facility on Sell2Wales.

We anticipate that the Quick Quote will be published in June 2022, with a submission deadline towards the end of June 2022 (although this is subject to change).
