Ysgol Gogarth - Supply of Modular Double Classroom Accommodation

Description of the goods or services required

The design, supply, installation and commissioning of a two classroom building with ancillary rooms, with classroom sizes of a minimum of 60m2 at Ysgol Gogarth, Nant-Y-Gamar Rd, Llandudno LL30 1YE. For the teaching of pupils of all ages from Primary to Secondary age with 2 Teachers and 6 Support Teaching Staff.

Work will include the installation and connection of services and ancillary works to the classrooms, steps, ramps, landings and double handrails with balustrading. The Tenderer will be required to provide a building that is compliant with the current Building Regulations and submit a Building Regulations submission including fees to obtain a Completion Certificate prior to hand over of the building for use by the school.

The Design, supply, installation and hire of modular double classroom accommodation for a fixed term of 3 years. Including delivery, assembly, installation of services and connections. Hard and soft landscaping, installation of compliant ramps, steps, landings and balustrading.

Compliance with Volume 1 Instruction to Tenderers together with submissions listed within the document.

Delivery of the completed works by 26th August 2022
