Description of the contract
The Health Improvement Division of Public Health Wales are seeking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced agency to assist in the planning, buying and evaluation of a range of media all aimed at promoting the achievement and maintenance of a healthy weight.
The successful partner will deliver a range of media services on a call-off basis over the lifetime of the contract up to and including March 2024.
Working closely with the in-house Social Marketing team and our appointed creative partners, the successful partner will be experienced at providing the following services on a call-off basis over the lifetime of the contract. Such services may include (but are not limited to):
Media planning:
- Strategic and integrated long-term planning of media activities
- Selection of appropriate channels to ensure our activities are integrated and reach our intended audience(s)
- Audience Segmentation
- Integration of Behaviour Change strategy
Media buying:
- Purchasing of media from a range of relevant suppliers ensuring best reach and value
- Television (broadcast and programmatic)
- Out of home (print and digital)
- Radio (broadcast and programmatic)
- Print (newspapers/magazines)
- Digital (paid search/social/display etc.)
Campaign evaluation:
- Methodical review and evaluation of activities to ensure future campaigns can be optimised reliably
Other media services:
- There may be occasions where the supplier is required to provide additional services that are related to the fulfilment of the media activity
