The Health Board require a British Parking Association Approved Operator Scheme (AOS) and member of an Accredited Trade Association (ATA) that is recognised by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency approved operator partner to provide a Parking Charge Notice enforcement scheme under a license agreement and who operates in accordance with the BPA, AOS Code of Practice and POPLA (Parking on Private Land Appeals) process.
