Abstract
Grŵp Cynefin are administrating a tender opportunity for refurbishment works to re model a property known as Cymru Fydd into office accommodation.
Siop Griffiths Cyf envisage a compressed on-site schedule of twelve (12) weeks. The Work is largely ‘refurbishment’ in nature with structural improvements, upgraded electric heating system, solar PV array and insulated external envelope.
Siop Griffiths Cyf are endeavoring to provide lively, attractive office accommodation for Siop Griffiths Cyf staff, young persons’ venture spaces and flexible working spaces to hire for visitors and third parties.
