Abstract

• Six consultancy/training days during each year on such matters as the NLW may reasonably require and to an agreed schedule. • Allow a discount from the prevailing daily rate for any additional consultancy or training work that the NLW. • Review and keep updated in line with legislation the NLW Health and Safety Management System. • Keep the NLW informed of current health and safety issues. • Allow designated personnel unrestricted access to telephone advice (except where the NLW requests such restriction) on any reasonable number of occasions. • Upon request, represent the NLW with the enforcing authorities, or in a Court of Law, at the discounted daily rate. • Assist the NLW with sourcing of safety supplies and services. • An emergency response to any incident that requires investigation following an accident or dangerous occurrence or any incident involving the enforcing authorities.
