Description of the goods or services required
Following confirmation that Public Health Wales NHS Trust (host organisation) will host the newly established NHS Executive (host unit) next year, there is a need for Finance and Accountancy consultancy, advice and facilitation to deliver the transition of Finance processes
The aim of the work is as follows:
To provide consultancy and advice and facilitate the set up and transfer of finance processes for the host unit. This includes advising on the hosting relationship arrangements.
Support and facilitate the transfer of two significant capital and revenue projects from the NHS Wales Health Collaborative to Digital Health and Care Wales.
Provide advice and support on the delivery and completion of the 2022-23 Annual Report and Accounts for Public Health Wales
