Abstract
The Vale of Glamorgan Council (“the Council”) are placing this speculative notice to receive expressions of interests for services that offer training and education services for young people Educated Otherwise Than At School (“EOTAS”) with in the Vale of Glamorgan (“the Services”) or other areas across Wales.
Any future agreement will be in the form of a framework and will operate for a period of two (2) years, with the option to extend for up to an additional two (2) one (1) year periods.

This market sounding will be used to inform the Council’s decision in regard to a future procurement exercise.
We are currently open to answer queries and questions on this forum and also to book direct appointments with Pupil Engagement team via pupilengagement@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk by 20th December and it is anticipated these MICROSOFT TEAMS meetings will take place on 18th and 20th January 2023.
