Description of the goods or services required

The requirement of the specification is to develop and provide a service which offers appropriate therapeutic support to young people aged 12- 18 in mental health crisis. This will consist of a safe space sanctuary within a calming and safe dedicated community facility that is easily accessible from across the CTM UHB footprint as well as providing an assertive outreach crisis service supporting young people in the community. The development of the safe space sanctuary should include the involvement and engagement of young people in the design of the facility
