Explanation
Multiple contracts were awarded to suppliers who responded to EOI which was sent to all suppliers under
the Framework Agreement. The contract is to address NHS patient waiting lists. As such the supplier must
be within a 50 mile radius to the Health Board boundary due to age of population and travel restrictions of
patient cohort
