The Contractor shall rid the locations of the following specified pests - cockroaches, rats, mice, ants, silverfish, wasps, bees, foodstore pests, squirrels, feral cats, fleas and crickets (wasps and bees subject to a height restriction of 4 metres) with the named pesticides in Appendix C (Pesticides).
The Contractor shall undertake the number of visits per annum specified in Appendix C (Pricing Schedule)of the invitation to tender to the satisfaction of the Health Board and rid the locations of any further infestation.
The contractor will undertake an annual survey of premises and advise on pest proofing issues to prevent pest access.
