Each year the Alumni office produces the Swansea University Alumni Magazine, SAIL. The magazine is produced in print and sent to circa 70,000 alumni worldwide.
A digital version of the print copy is created for electronic distribution and a bilingual edition is also produced for delivery within Wales.
Swansea University is seeking to appoint a contractor for a 3 year period to produce the magazine in conjunction with the Alumni Relations team. This includes:
The design
Sourcing of imagery, where needed
Print and postage
Design and layout of magazine based on client brief.
Create 2 x cover visuals for English/Billingual versions of the magazine
Create finished artwork for a 28pp portrait English brochure ready for print. To include amendments from clearly marked up proofs.
To layout Welsh text as per approved English brochure design and create finished artwork ready for print.
