Abstract

The Upper Valleys Cluster has identified a need to expand and improve the way in which Mental Health Services are delivered in the local area by offering a suite of services to help address low-level mental health symptoms at an early stage, to help prevent deterioration of symptoms through targeted intervention.The Project Scope will complement services that are already offered through Local Primary Mental Health Services and the cluster social prescriber project.
