Abstract

To provide Wrexham County Borough Council (as lead body for the Levelling Up Fund Project) with support of a Programme Manager for the delivery of the Clwyd South Levelling Up Fund Project at the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct & Canal World Heritage Site. The delivery of the programme will include working with the in-house project management group drawn from WCBC, Denbighshire County Council and the Canal & River Trust, which are the strategic / lead partners as well as overseeing sub-contracted arrangements to other suitably appointed delivery partners. The Programme Manager will be the central point of contact for the project in terms of the Lead Body and will be responsible for the Monitoring & Evaluation Process to the UK Government.
