Description of the goods or services required

Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, (“the Council, Lead Council”, Lead Authority”) and Caerphilly County Borough Council (hereafter referred to as ‘the Council’) are seeking suitably qualified and experienced consultants who can provide expertise and knowledge in the area of low carbon technology and community energy projects to be able to undertake energy audits of community buildings (approximately 30 consisting of Community Centres, Rugby club, Community Hall, Changing Pavillion these are for example purposes only) and farms (approximately 10) and provide a whole area opportunity map for collaborative energy generation.

This Procurement exercise is being run by the Authority's e-tendering portal Bravo Solutions https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk.

All documentation has been uploaded to enable direct access following registration.

Deadlines for submissions is 12 noon the 16th November 2022 with clarifications allowed until 5:00pm on the 10th November 2022.

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the Authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations.
