Independent Professional Advocacy (IPA) & Non-Statutory Independent Advocacy

Description of the goods or services required
RCT CBC are tendering the service for Adult Advocacy, which will include Independent Professional Advocacy (IPA) and non-statutory independent advocacy, as well as signposting and promotion to peer advocacy and self-advocacy services when appropriate. The Service will support individuals to have their voices heard, support them to have choice and control in meeting their wellbeing outcomes and encourage full participation in decisions that affect their lives.

The overall budget for advocacy is £80,000 per year.
Two separate service elements will be tendered in Lots
Lot 1 - Generic Advocacy - allocation of budget £32,000 per year
Lot 2 - Specialist Advocacy - allocation of budget £48,000 per year
There is a 3rd lots which is offered to allow providers to submit a combined bid for lots 1 and 2
Lot 3 - Combined (lots 1 & 2) - allocation of budget £80,000 per year
