Explanation:

Due to numerous attempts by the Health Board to engage BSE Cardiographers, only one supplier has been able to provide the staff with the essential qualifications to ensure acceptable patient safety and at the capacity levels required for meeting referral to treatment and time critical cardiac diagnostic tests. This is to fill staff vacancies in the interim period whilst NHS positions are staffed.
