Pembrokeshire County Council are looking to establish a framework of providers to supply and distribute bulk fuel to itself and Carmarthenshire County Council.
The tender is split into two Geographic Lots, one covering Pembrokeshire and one covering Carmarthenshire.
Tenderers can bid for any Geographic Lot, however a maximum of four suppliers will be appointed for each Lot.
