The organisation requires reorganisation and upskilling to a standard that enables the long term delivery of Swansea coproduction projects to be delivered through each service identified resources and manage the day to day within existing resources.

The service provider is required to build on the good work and not loose lesson learnt during Covid around working with citizens, partners & communities across all service areas in the Council.
