II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The National Centre for Learning Welsh wishes to establish a framework of appropriate and approved users who may provide Learn Welsh training for young people who may be studying, working, or unemployed.
Tenderers will require the following qualities:
The ability to provide Welsh learning courses from April 2023 onwards.
Availability of suitable course content and material.
Access to learning facilities of a high standard.
The expertise to tailor for the needs of various groups of learners.
The ability to work with partners in order to reach audiences.
The ability to deliver projects within budget and deadlines.
Suitably qualified teaching and managing staff.
It is essential that the provider develop a detailed understanding of the nature of the needs of those who attend specific courses under any contract awarded. It will also be necessary to develop a close relationship with customers in order to meet these requirements.
