Description of the goods or services required
The National Botanic Garden of Wales is a charity dedicated to the research and conservation of biodiversity, to sustainability, lifelong learning and the enjoyment of the visitor. We are looking for the services of an experienced company that can redesign, host and maintain our website to a standard that reflects our ethos and mission.

3 Conditions for Participation

Minimum standards and qualification required
Bidders must be able to provide the following:
Evaluate and audit the current website, in terms of its image, content and function and to visit the Garden to understand our mission.
Design a website allowing for the integration of an already established booking and payment system to be linked where relevant. Currently our donation page is linked to Just Giving, our admission and event ticketing system is driven by Access Gamma whilst our online shop is driven by WooCommerce.
Building and refining the site’s administration system
Feedback to us with an initial concept, taking on board our suggestions and working with us to create an user friendly platform.
To produce the final design and build, host and maintain the website.
To offer ongoing web support, agreed with a service level agreement.
