Abstract

The University of Wales Trinity Saint David (“The Employer”) looks forward to receiving your Tenders to undertake a variety of surveys across their various campus’. The Project objectives are outlined as follows: • To undertake compartmentation surveys • To undertake fire door surveys Compartmentation surveys must be undertaken by a Service Provider accredited under the BM Trada Q-Mark Scheme for Fire Stopping. Fire door surveys / inspections must be undertaken by a Service Provider accredited under the BM Trada Q-Mark Scheme for Fire Door Maintenance. The Service Provider must hold ISO-9001 accreditation. The Service Provider must operate an appropriate IT system that records all stages of works completed.

Description of the goods or services required

The University of Wales Trinity Saint David (“The Employer”) looks forward to receiving your Tenders to undertake a variety of surveys across their various campus’.

The Project objectives are outlined as follows:

• To undertake compartmentation surveys

• To undertake fire door surveys

Compartmentation surveys must be undertaken by a Service Provider accredited under the BM Trada Q-Mark Scheme for Fire Stopping.

Fire door surveys / inspections must be undertaken by a Service Provider accredited under the BM Trada Q-Mark Scheme for Fire Door Maintenance.

The Service Provider must hold ISO-9001 accreditation. The Service Provider must operate an appropriate IT system that records all stages of works completed.
