Abstract

The University wishes to appoint a Contractor to undertake maintenance work to the roof of the BBC Building, Alexandra Road, Swansea. Proposed Scope of Works to include (but not limited to): • The application of new liquid costing system to the flat roofs and main gutter • Preparation and application of lead reviver to all lead detailing • Remove all buddleia, debris etc from existing parapets, valley gutters and the like • Patch repair areas of slipped lasts as necessary

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

The University wishes to appoint a Contractor to undertake maintenance work to the roof of the BBC Building, Alexandra Road, Swansea.

Proposed Scope of Works to include (but not limited to):
