The Objective of this tender is to procure a supplier who is capable of providing the NEC Group with their Mobile Telephony and data requirements.

The principle objectives are:

Secure a new Mobile Telephony contract.

Supply of new Windows Mobile Handsets.

A supplier who can provide self help to end users.

A supplier who can provide intelligent billing to meet our needs.

A supplier who will provide a smooth transition to the contract.

A supplier who can provide appropriate mobile network coverage both geographically and internally within our home venues.
