Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

A contract for the processing, sorting and sale of co mingled dry recycling materials collected by Tewkesbury Borough Council from approx. 37,000 households. The dry recyclables collected include, but are not limited to, paper, cardboard, aluminium and steel cans, mixed glass, cartons, mixed household plastics, and plastic bottles. The same materials are also collected from bring banks across the borough. The contract requires the processing of the co-mingled dry recyclables materials including the onward sale of processed recyclables to suitable end markets.
