The Authority has acted in accordance with Regulations 32 and 32A, and Part 9 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended). Part 9 of these Regulations provides for appeals to be made to the High Court subject to the tight time limitations and other required procedural steps. The appeal rules are complex and a dissatisfied candidate / tenderer is advised to take very prompt legal advice.
