The works consist generally of internal refurbishment to a commercial ground floor premises/part living accommodation, along with new windows, shop front, re-rendering, stack repairs, roofing etc. The property is vacant and its previous use was a dry cleaning business, approximately 4 years ago. The building is a mid terraced property within a Conservation Area and is located on a busy one way town street. Particular emphasis will be placed on the front elevational improvements by installing a new purpose made shop front, in keeping with Conservation/CADW requirements. The internal refurbishment will also involve re-wiring and re-plumbing throughout.
