Easthall Park Housing Cooperative (EPHC) owns and manages approximately 749 domestic properties within a concentrated community in Easterhouse, Glasgow.

EPHC wishes to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified maintenance contractor to fulfil its objectives and meet its statutory obligations by providing of a comprehensive quality responsive repairs and maintenance service. The service will include carrying out all general responsive repairs and maintenance (including electrical repairs and void properties) and the provision of a complete 24 hour emergency service outside normal working hours every day of the year. The service will be provided to all of EPHC's properties including communal areas.

Lodging of appeals

Whilst there is no formal appeal procedure in terms of the Regulations, Easthall Park Housing Housing Cooperative will incorporate a minimum of 10 calendar day standstill period at the point of information on the award of the contract is communicated to candidates. This period allows unsuccessful candidates to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. Applicants have 2 working days from the notification of the award decision to request additional debriefing and that information has to be provided a minimum of 3 working days before the expiry of the standstill period. Such additional information should be requested from the address in Annex A part I of this Contract Notice.
