The Contracting Authority ‘Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust’ has assigned to Energy Quote JHA the role of tendering service providers for the provision of flexible gas products. The new Contract extends current services commencing 1.4.2015. The Contract Authority's natural gas consists of 6 gas supply points at a registered annual volume of 57.1 GWh.

Lodging of appeals

The Authority incorporate a 10 day standstill period at the point information on the award of the contracts is communicated to tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the Contracting Authority before the contract is entered into. Applicants have 2 working days from notification of the award decision to request additional debriefing and that information has to be provided a minimum of 3 working days before expiry of the standstill period. Such additional information should be requested from the address in section I.1.
