1	The Supplier is required to submit comprehensive details which demonstrate their experience of dealing with this specific client group – vulnerable Customers and Customers aged over 60 years. The Supplier is also required to provide details of their proposals to manage the contract if awarded, which sets out numbers, names and experience of personnel who would be engaged in the provision of the service. A chart showing how the personnel would be structured is required	50
2	The Supplier should identify his capacity to carry out tasks in accordance with the contract timescales. Details should also include: the approximate timeline of a task from start to completion; your strategy for solving disputes, etc.	20
3	The Supplier is required to submit an Employment and Training Method Statement	15
4	The Supplier is required to provide a training plan to provide detailed evidence that all operatives are fully trained in all aspects of the operations to be carried out	10
