Short description of the contract or purchase(s)
Bradford College and Doncaster College are collaboratively tendering for the provision of waste management services. Each College is seeking to appoint a waste management service provider capable of managing the entire waste provision across all of each College's sites. As this tender is separated into tender lots, with 1 lot per College, the Colleges reserve the right to award Individual lots separately. Up to 2 service providers may be contracted to provide the services across both lots. The Service will comprise the collection, removal and the disposal of waste (controlled waste) and recyclable waste from the College sites.

Lodging of appeals
The authority will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point that information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved then the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by breach of the rules to take action in the High Court. Any such action must be brought promptly (generally within 3 months).
