Short description of the contract or purchase(s)
The purpose of the tender is to provide a transparent and open procedure for suppliers. The University of Winchester is reviewing its current Virtual Learning Environment provider and wishes to clearly articulate the criteria as part of a public procurement process. The University has made the decision to review its provider based on the growing needs of our institution and to ensure we are meeting the expectations of students. This is also part of the strategic mission of the University over the next 5 years.
The University reserves the right to terminate this tender at any stage of the process if it deems necessary.
