All services are to be carried out in compliance with relevant legislation, industry guidelines, applicable standards and good practice. The proposed contract shall be for a 3-year period with two options to extend by a further year each.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The Authority will incorporate a standstill period at the point information about the actual award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision.

The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
