Abstract

The Glasgow School of Art (GSA) is seeking to appoint a suitably skilled and experienced Planned and Preventative Maintenance Services company to carry out the services noted in the PQQ in its buildings which are based across Glasgow.

GSA reserves the right to add additional services to the contract.

GSA is seeking to appoint a single provider for the provision of the services listed below and will make a single contract award.

(1) All candidates will be required to provide statements of accounts or extracts from those accounts relating to their business.



To be considered, Tenderers must include recent accounts, which GSA will use to assess whether the business is financially viable.

If a business is part of a group, you will need to include similar accounts for the parent and ultimate holding companies.

Non-provision of such evidence to a satisfactory standard will be deemed to be a failure to meet minimum standards of economic and financial standing and Tenderers will be eliminated from the tendering process.

Provide 1 copy of your up to date insurance certification as per PQQ documentation
