Contractantului i se va solicita sa presteze servicii pentru site-uri legate de gazduirea ¿i între¿inerea site-ului principal al ABE (www.eba.europa.eu) ¿i a celorlalte site-uri web ale autorita¿ii (extranet), pe o perioada de maximum 4 ani. Contractantului i se va solicita sa presteze servicii pentru site-uri vizând îmbunata¿irea site-ului principal al ABE (www.eba.europa.eu) ¿i a celorlalte site-uri web ale autorita¿ii (extranet). Obiectul ¿i volumul acestor îmbunata¿iri vor depinde de necesita¿ile ABE. În general, îmbunata¿irile trebuie sa reflecte necesitatea de a facilita navigarea web ¿i gasirea de informa¿ii de catre utilizatorii site-ului ABE, precum ¿i adaptarea site-ului ABE la cele mai recente evolu¿ii tehnologice din domeniul comunica¿iilor digitale.

Aceasta majorare a valorii nu poate depa¿i 50 % din valoarea ini¿iala estimata a contractului ¿i se va aplica în urma unei negocieri cu ofertantul câ¿tigator. Od izvoditelja ce se zahtijevati pružanje usluga u pogledu internetske stranice za hosting i održavanje EBA-ine glavne internetske stranice www.eba.europa.eu i njezinih drugih internetskih stranica (ekstranet) tijekom najviše 4 godine. Od izvoditelja ce se zahtijevati pružanje usluga u pogledu internetske stranice za unapredenje EBA-ine glavne internetske stranice www.eba.europa.eu i njezinih drugih internetskih stranica (ekstranet). Opseg i obujam tih unapredenja ovisit ce o potrebama EBA-e. Opcenito, unapredenja trebaju odražavati potrebu za olakšavanjem mrežne navigacije i dobivanjem informacija za korisnike EBA-ine internetske stranice te prilagodbu EBA-ine internetske stranice najnovijim tehnološkim dostignucima u podrucju digitalnih komunikacija.

EBA može u kasnijoj fazi tijekom 3 godine nakon sklapanja okvirnog ugovora iskoristiti mogucnost povecanja vrijednosti ugovora putem pregovarackog postupka s uspješnim ponuditeljem u skladu s clankom 134. stavkom 1. tockom (e) pravila za primjenu financijskih pravila koja se primjenjuju na opci proracun Unije. Takvo povecanje vrijednosti nece iznositi više od 50 % pocetne procijenjene vrijednosti ugovora i uslijedit ce nakon pregovaranja s uspješnim ponuditeljem.
