Abstract

Bath Spa University, Estates and Services hereby invites tenders for the supply of Cleaning services.

Green Park House will provide high-quality student accommodation throughout its 461 en-suite rooms.

Parts of the building may be used by visiting academic teaching staff and have separate (more frequent) cleaning standards to those of the student bedrooms. In addition during non teaching periods of the academic calendar conference style accommodation use will be provided to paying visitors and academics.

Closing date for final completed tenders is 16.5.2016.
